Brussel sprouts belong to the cabbage family. Their favor is mild, and a sort of meaty texture. This makes Brussel sprouts versatile for the mode of cooking. They can be steamed, boiled, baked, or roasted. Any seasoning can work well with these sprouts.

Brussel sprouts contain 124 % of the DV of vitamin C. This vitamin works as an anti oxidant to keep our cells healthy. Vitamin C is a helpful vitamin during this time of year to prevent colds. Make Brussel sprouts a must have for this winter season and keep those pesky colds away!
