Brussel sprouts

Recipe

1 lbs Brussel sprouts, cut in half

1 box champignon mushrooms, thinly sliced

1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ginger powder

2 tsp rosemary


Directions

  1. Put sprouts in a steamer. Cook until tender
  2. On a pan, heat oil in medium 
  3. Add onions and garlic. Cook until lightly brown.
  4. Add mushrooms and sauté until well incorporated and mushrooms are somewhat tender. 
  5. Add turmeric, ginger powder, salt, and rosemary. Mix well.
  6. Add Brussel sprouts. Mix until well incorporated.
  7. Serve
